CloudStream Subtitles: How to Add, Sync, and Customize Them

How to Add Subtitles in CloudStream

CloudStream pulls subtitles from three online sources, not just one.

  1. Play your content and tap Sources on the player screen.
  2. Tap Subtitles, then choose how to load them
  3. Load from Internet searches OpenSubtitles, Addic7ed, and Index Subtitles.
  4. Load First Available grabs whatever loads fastest, no picking required.
  5. Load from File lets you use your own subtitle file.
  6. Select the language and subtitle you want.

OpenSubtitles needs a free account first (Settings > Accounts and Security > OpenSubtitles), the other two don’t. Index Subtitles is the least reliable of the three, if it doesn’t return results, try OpenSubtitles or Addic7ed instead.
